Why register your domain with us?
What you should know about domains
- The number of domains registered to one subject (or person) is unlimited.
- .sk domains are reserved for the customer immediately after the submission of the order. The registration validity starts at the moment of payment of the annual maintenance fee. Domains with non-sk TLD’s are registered immediately after the payment of a deposit invoice which will be sent by mail shortly after the submission of an order.
- If you require a domain’s registration, pay for the deposit invoice for the domain but in the meantime domain is registered by another subject, we guarantee your money payback at full amount.
- In other cases domain fees will not be returned (e.g. if you decide to cancel your order after the domain had been registered, if you (by mistake) order a wrong domain, if you register at more than one proprietors at the same time, if you decide to move your domains out of our servers, if you decide to change your proprietors, etc.)
- The owner of a domain is prior legible to prolong the registration of his domain before it comes to an end. If not doing so, the domain will be released and free for new registration by other subjects. Approx. one month before the termination of the registration the owner will be notified of these facts in written.
Notes:
*A domain for free - new domain registration with Web1 Maximum web hosting service package and annual payment period.
**A domain for a half price - new domain registration with Web1 Optimum web hosting or Web1 Minimum web hosting service package and annual payment period.
- Promotion prices are bound to webhosting order; therefore you'll pay a regular fee upon registration of an .sk domain. Your 50 or 100% discount of the maintenance fee will be provided upon your first invoice for web hosting services.
- Upon movement of domain to our servers, the customer will pay an annual maintenance fee which will automatically prolong the registration of their domain for a year. In case of .sk domains the customer will only pay a registration fee (in case webhosting is ordered too, these changes will not be charged).
- Before the termination of a domain's registration, its owner has the legal priority to prolong the registration of the domain.
